There are no 6 stars ratings, but I would surely give 6 to this restaurant, and the food that the owner and his family serves here. Atmosphere is relaxed, although it was kind a busy when we were there first time... the owner offered us a small table in the corner and we were happy. The menu is small, but everything is cooked to the perfection, and the salads are delicious. Meals and wine are local, as we expected. But something surprised us, prices are so very affordable, that at a first glance I asked if he has forgotten something... and this restaurant is opened whole year, with 3 weeks off for Christmas holidays. I strongly recommend visiting this taverna on your way to Epidavrus. Mind the opening hours, at 7PM...- Noise level

A hidden gem in the streets. Took a lot of food, it was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the service was wonderful! The prices are fair and not expensive. It’s a must!

A great choice for both grilled meats and a few home cooked dishes. Everything was delicious, the hosts were very welcoming and we ended up paying less than 40 euros for the aubergines, greens, stuffed courgettes and goat stew with chips ( French fries), 2 beers and quart ltr rose' wine. Book in advance, they only have a few tables and maybe enquire about dish of the day so you can reserve a portion or too.

We were at 7.10 pm at the restaurant and were lucky to get a table for 2. The food was very delicious and the service was very kind and nice! Would recommend this place for sure! One of the best restaurants in Greece for sure and I have been to many restaurants in Greece! Kali Orexi

Went there twice, they have a different dish every day but it was always exquisite, no exaggeration. It’s a very modest place with affordable prices. Best place I’ve been to in the past two weeks. Σας ευχαριστώ

Simply the best souvlaki. Fantastic home made dishes, different every day; the family atmosphere makes you feel like home and part of the local community. Even the house wine is good! Excellent value for money.

This is the best place in Greece to eat authentic food. Me and my extended family eat here every night when we are in the beautiful town of Palea Epidavros. The host family are wonderful people and make you feel right at home. Daily fresh dishes, have a look into the pots! And of course a lot of delicious options from the grill. Don’t miss out on this place, you will remember it forever.
